CareSpace is for independent counsellors, psychologists and psychotherapists in India running a solo private practice. If you see clients one-to-one and currently manage your schedule, notes and payments across a spreadsheet, a notebook and WhatsApp, this replaces all three. It is not built for hospitals, multi-therapist clinics or centres.

WHY THIS EXISTS
I'm Mahima Paliwal, a counselling psychologist and the founder of Snowflakes Counselling. I've been in practice for over three years.
CareSpace started as the system I needed to run my own caseload — the scheduling, the notes, the invoices, the follow-ups I kept losing track of. Most practice-management tools are built by developers who have never sat across from a client, so you get features that look impressive in a pitch deck and are useless on a session day.
This one works because I use it every week. If something's broken, you're emailing the person who built it.

Your data stays yours after the trial ends
When your free month ends, your dashboard doesn't lock. It stays open in read-only which means, you can still see and download every session note and invoice. We will never hold your clinical record hostage to a renewal.
Built for Indian law, not American law
Most software sold to Indian therapists advertises HIPAA compliance. HIPAA is a United States statute and has no application to your practice. The law you're accountable to is India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, and that's the one CareSpace is built around.
Your Data stays in India
Client records are stored on Indian infrastructure, encrypted at rest and in transit.
We don't train AI models on your data.
Your session notes, and client data are not used to train any AI model, are never sold, and are never shared with a third party.
