  • When should I seek therapy?
    Therapy isn't only for crises - it’s for anyone wanting to improve their mental well-being, navigate challenges, or gain personal growth. But it becomes especially important if you feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unable to cope with challenges like stress, anxiety, relationship issues, or emotional struggles.
  • Can I call my therapist during an emergency?
    Please note, our therapists are not crisis counselors and are unable to provide support outside of scheduled sessions. This policy helps maintain professional boundaries and ensures the best care during your appointments. If you’re experiencing an emergency, please contact a crisis hotline or seek immediate assistance.
  • What happens in the first session?
    In the first session, your therapist will get to know you by discussing your concerns, goals, and expectations. It’s a safe space to share, ask questions, and outline a plan for your therapy journey.
  • How do I book a session?
    Just drop us a text on WhatsApp or Instagram. You can also send an email or simply fill in the contact form, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
  • Do you offer discounts?
    Certainly! We offer discounted prices for students, as well as discounts when you book a 'session package'. Read up more about this is the services section.
