Welcome to Ambrin.

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Ambrin platform, including the mobile application, web platform, assessments, wellbeing tools, counselling support services, and related features.

By accessing or using Ambrin, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the platform.

1. About Ambrin

Ambrin is a wellness and counselling support platform designed for schools, colleges, educational institutions, organizations, students, educators, counsellors, and administrators.

The platform provides access to mental health screenings, wellbeing resources, emotional wellness tools, counselling support, and related services.

2. Eligibility

To use Ambrin directly, you must be at least 18 years of age. Users under 18 may only access through a participating school, college, or authorized organization with appropriate institutional

and parental consent.

3. Acceptable Use of the Platform

We want Ambrin to remain a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for everyone.

When using the platform, you agree not to:

Violate any applicable law or regulation
Harass, threaten, abuse, or harm other users
Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent information
Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data
Disrupt, interfere with, or compromise platform security
Misuse assessments, counselling services, or wellbeing tools
Upload malicious software, code, or harmful content

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You agree to:

Keep login information secure
Use your account only for authorized purposes
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security concern
Ensure that information associated with your account remains accurate and up to date

You remain responsible for activity occurring through your account.

5. Counselling & Wellbeing Services

Ambrin may provide access to licensed mental health professionals, counsellors, wellbeing practitioners, and emotional support resources.

While we strive to provide high-quality support services, counselling outcomes may vary between individuals.

Participation in counselling or wellbeing activities is voluntary unless otherwise required through an institution's approved wellbeing program.

6. No Medical Advice

Ambrin is a wellness and counselling support platform.

The platform does not provide medical diagnosis, emergency psychiatric services, medical treatment, or healthcare advice.

Information, assessments, screening tools, educational content, and counselling resources available through the platform are intended for informational and wellbeing purposes only.

They should not be considered a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency intervention.

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding medical or mental health concerns.

7. Crisis & Emergency Situations

Ambrin is not an emergency response service.

If you believe that you or someone else may be in immediate danger, contact emergency services or an appropriate crisis support provider immediately.

The platform may display crisis support resources and helpline information, but it does not provide emergency intervention services.

8. Institution & Organization Responsibilities

Schools, colleges, universities, and organizations using Ambrin are responsible for:

Ensuring authorized access to the platform
Maintaining appropriate user permissions
Obtaining any legally required parental or guardian consent
Complying with applicable privacy and data protection laws
Managing institutional users responsibly

Institution administrators must ensure that access to student or employee information is limited to authorized personnel only.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, designs, logos, software, platform features, assessments, and materials available through Ambrin are owned by or licensed to Snowflakes Counselling Private Limited.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the platform without prior written permission.

10. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the platform if:

These Terms are violated
Platform security is compromised
Fraudulent activity is detected
Use of the platform creates risk to users, institutions, or the platform itself

Users may also discontinue use of the platform or request account deletion at any time in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ambrin and Snowflakes Counselling Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of the platform.

While we make reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability, security, and accuracy, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or specific wellbeing outcomes.

Users access and use the platform at their own discretion and risk.
